Dispute Resolution Fee Earner

This is a permanent, full time role, to facilitate the expansion of the department. The role would suit a Litigator with around with at least 5 years experience of working within a Litigation team with minimal supervision and have a proven track record of confidently and successfully appearing in Court on behalf of clients.

Your experience will need to have been covering the following work types –

  • S.8 and S.21 Housing Act Matters.
  • Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 including forfeiture and relief.
  • Dilapidations claims.
  • Boundary disputes.
  • Contested Lease renewals.
  • Fast tack and multi-track legal proceedings.
  • Shareholder / Director Disputes.
  • You will also need to possess the following skills –
  • Preparation of advice notes.
  • Review of and preparation of notices.
  • Drafting of Court pleadings.
  • Attendance at Court hearings as required to include undertaking advocacy.
  • Preparation of any instructions to Counsel.
  • Drafting of negotiation documents.
  • Compliance with all deadlines.
  • Ability to run own files with minimal supervision.
  • Negotiation skills.
