Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing – Walsall Office

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our well-established Residential Conveyancing team. Previous experience of working within this area of law is essential and you must be able to manage your own caseload as well as assist the Head of Team in complex matters. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work within a law firm and wishes to work for a well-established and highly regarded law firm.

This is a client facing role and the successful applicant will also need to carry out duties such as –

  • Freehold Sales and Freehold Sales and Purchases
  • Leasehold Sales and Purchases
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Assents
  • Re-mortgages
  • First Registrations
  • Lease Extensions

 

Additionally, you will also be expected to attend suitable networking and marketing events both internally and externally to promote the team, firm and yourself with the aim of winning work and making new contacts.

Whilst the role will be based at our head office in Walsall, you will need to travel to our other offices in Sutton and Cannock from time to time to meet client needs. This is a full time, permanent role with our office hours being Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm taking 1 hour for lunch.
