Residential Conveyancing

We are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing with around 4 years experience to add to the current team at our Cannock office on a permanent basis.

You must have confidence in dealing with your own full caseload and complex matters including the following:

  • Freehold Sales and Purchases
  • Leasehold Sales and Purchases
  • New-Build Purchases
  • Non-Transactional matters
  • Providing Land Law advice
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Assents
  • Re-mortgages
  • First Registrations
  • Lease Extensions

 

You will have strong Residential Conveyancing knowledge and be able to work independently on all of the above matters with minimum support from the Head of Conveyancing. The role will also involve being able to assist any junior members of the team from time to time.
