James is a Senior Solicitor in the Company and Commercial Department.
He qualified as a solicitor on 1st September 2000 and joined Enoch Evans LLP in October 2015, having previously worked in private practice in Birmingham, Aldridge and Wolverhampton and in-house at Barclaycard in Northampton. James specialises in corporate and commercial law. On the corporate side, he has significant experience advising clients on corporate transactions as well as corporate structuring and restructuring issues.
Whilst on the commercial side, he has assisted clients with the production and negotiation of a wide range of different types of commercial contracts. His focus in both regards is to enable clients to understand and manage the allocation of risk to enable them to achieve their commercial goals in a manner that seeks to maximise their commercial return.

James is a member of the Walsall and Birmingham Law Associations
