Emma is a solicitor and the partner with overall responsibility for the family department.
She completed her Solicitors finals at the College of Law in Chester, was admitted to the role of solicitors in 1992 and specialised in family law immediately.
With over 20 years’ experience of Family Law, Emma gives clear and straight-forward advice to guide her clients through negotiations and if necessary the court process. She is also a member of Resolution and the Law Society Family Law Panel Accreditation Scheme.

Hobbies & interests:
Emma is married with three daughters. She describes herself as an armchair sports fan. With a football referee in the family her weekends during the football season are often spent on a touch line somewhere, whatever the weather! She is also a governor at a local school. She enjoys travel, the theatre and admits to enjoying the occasional cocktail.
