Jeremy qualified as a Solicitor in 1977 and has practiced in all areas of Property Law throughout his career. Jeremy has been a consultant with Enoch Evans since April 2019, prior to that he had been a Partner since 2000. He has experience in all aspects of Conveyancing transactions, with particular knowledge of Unregistered land transactions, enfranchisement and residential development.
Jeremy advises on both Residential and Commercial property work.
Following articles with leading Birmingham solicitors Edge Ellison, he was admitted as a solicitor in October 1977, joining Kenneth Cooke & Co later that year and becoming a partner in 1979. Kenneth Cooke & Co and Enoch Evans merged on 1st May 2000 and Jeremy became a partner of the enlarged firm.
Jeremy is experienced in a comprehensive range of commercial property and residential work with particular emphasis on residential development, options, overage agreements, site creation and disposal. Jeremy also has extensive experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement work.
Jeremy has a reputation for being very approachable and for providing practical down to earth advice.
