After studying for her degree in Law and Criminology at the University of Lincoln, Lucy completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law Birmingham. She was then admitted to the role of solicitors in November 2007.
Lucy joined the Probate Department of Enoch Evans Solicitors LLP in April 2012.
Lucy is the firm’s expert in Personal Injury Trust (PI Trusts). She has been able to assist clients in setting up the initial Trust as well as advising on the numerous financial advantages a PI trust can secure. She has also been able to advise clients as the advantages of Professional Trustees in such circumstances. Working alongside other firms and financial advisers she has been able to highlight the key advantages of PI Trusts, to a range of clients.
Lucy has a wealth of knowledge and experience dealing with Wills, Estate Administration (over ten years in connection with the Administration of Estates and Grants of Probate) and Office of the Public Guardian applications. However Lucy’s main role has been to expand the Court of Protection Department and has gained real passion for dealing with all aspects of Court of Protection work. This includes the initial Application as well as the ongoing task of acting for Clients who have a professional Attorney or Deputy appointed. Lucy has a diverse client base working with clients from a variety of backgrounds. Lucy is able to adapt to ensure each client gets a tailor made, personal service.
Lucy’s approachability and level headed approach has been a great advantage with dealing with the day to day needs of her clients. This can include anything from Court Applications, multi team meetings to discuss client needs, obtaining independent financial advice to arranging care at home.

In a recent case Lucy has had to work to ensure an elderly couple, who have professional attorneys appointed, were able to stay in their own home. Lucy has ensured a care package has been provided so that all their care and personal needs are being met, within their own home. Lucy deals with all aspects of the clients financial needs.
