Our Employment Department specialises in assisting businesses with every aspect of employment law throughout the duration of an employee’s career, from advertising that vacant position to retirement of employees, with all the possible steps in between. As employment regulations become increasingly complicated and change regularly, specialism is extremely important. Our team can assist with the preparation of employment contracts, handbooks and policy documents that help you manage risk, as well as defending and mitigating unfair or constructive dismissal claims.
With our considerable knowledge on healthcare matters our litigation department can assist by: defending claims by suppliers of stock and services, or bringing claims against suppliers if the product or service is inadequate.
