Fiona Samrai

Fiona started in the Family Department in January 2016 and since then, has developed her experience in dealing with Divorce Proceedings and applications for Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders.

Fiona also assists other members of the team with Financial and Children Act Proceedings and has experience in preparing detailed statements, Court documents and liaising with and briefing Counsel.

Fiona specialises in Divorce Proceedings as well as assisting the rest of the team in dealing with financial and children act proceedings including drafting applications and documentation.
