Solicitor

Robbie is a Corporate law specialist, working as a Solicitor in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial Department.

After joining the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in 2018, following completion of his studies at Birmingham City University, Robbie qualified as a Solicitor with the firm in 2020.

Robbie has experience advising businesses ranging in size from SME’s and owner-managed businesses to global corporations and prides himself on his ability to adapt to meet the client’s needs and particularly enjoys the challenge of advising on complex legal issues. Robbie has advised on both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Clients Robbie has advised vary across multiple sectors and industries, however Robbie regularly works within the firm’s Healthcare Team, often working on Mergers & Acquisitions in the Healthcare sector.
