We are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor with at least 6 years experience of dealing with the following areas –

  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Company formation
  • Corporate restructuring
  • Corporate Finance & Banking
  • Unincorporated businesses
  • Joint venture / shareholder agreements
  • GDPR regulations
  • Partnership agreements / Shareholder agreements / Director responsibilities
