Enoch Evans – Marketing Assistant

Are you looking for an exciting and challenging role in Marketing and Business Development?

Here at Enoch Evans we are looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support our Business Development and Marketing Team with the execution and delivery of all Marketing campaigns, such as social media, content marketing, email marketing, SEO & PPC.

We are a full service law firm with offices in Walsall, Sutton Coldfield and Cannock. Our locations allow us to serve an extensive cross-section of clients throughout the UK. As a Marketing Assistant your main responsibilities will be:

  • Working with the Business Development Manager to assist with the instigation and maintenance of all marketing campaigns across various media and channels, ensuring they run smoothly and to strict deadlines.
  • Supporting the coordination of both internal and external firm events.
  • Day to day management of the firm’s social media accounts.
  • Managing content on the firm’s website using the content management system. And coordinating the enquiries which come in via the website, ensuring they get to the relevant person in a timely manner and proactively checking that clients have been contacted.
  • Support with design and creation of company literature.
  • Writing and proof-reading content for a variety of purposes, such as legal updates and news stories.
  • Assisting the Business Development Manager with tracking the ROI for marketing spend by monitoring incoming enquiries.
  • Using Mailchimp to build and send newsletters, email campaign and invitations, and report on responses.
  • Organising photography for new starters.
  • Managing production and taking control of printed materials and merchandise, ensuring stock levels are maintained and the correct merchandise is issued for events.

The type of person we are looking for:

  • General marketing experience including strong project management skills and online marketing campaign experience.
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp or other email marketing software.
  • Good communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiastic about providing excellence in client service.
  • Ability to work with individuals of all levels both internally and externally.

Wills, Tax & Probate

We are keen to hear from any Wills, Tax & Probate Fee Earners with 1-4  years’ experience to join our very busy team with opportunities at both our Walsall and Cannock Branch Offices.

You will be able to deal with all aspects of this area of law such as, Wills, Inheritance Tax advice, LPA’s, administration of estates, asset protection and care home fees.


Apprentice Office Assistant – Full Time Position

We are looking to take on an additional Apprentice to strengthen the existing team at the Walsall branch office. You will complete your Business Level Administration Level 3 with Walsall College whist working full time in the offices Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Daily duties will include, reception cover, dealing with both incoming and outgoing post, copying, scanning, setting up meetings including any refreshments and support all teams within the firm to deliver essential services for the smooth running of the firm.

Whilst your main base will be at the Walsall branch you will be required to work from our other branch offices so it would be ideal if you had a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

Pay for this role is at the current apprenticeship rate.
