Private Family Solicitor / Legal Executive Position at our Walsall Branch Office
An opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor or a Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ experience, to join a busy Private Family Law Team at our Walsall Branch Office. You will be joining a modern and forward thinking firm that utilise modern technology and systems to provide a first class service to all of our clients.
Candidates need to have experience of working with minimum supervision whilst running Divorce and Ancillary Relief cases, private Children Act matters, injunctions and be able to advise unmarried couples on Pre-Nuptial and Cohabitation Agreements. Candidates must also have experience and be comfortable in undertaking advocacy.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in contributing to the continued development and promotion of the department and Firm, whilst building and maintaining a network of professional contacts. Good communication skills are essential as is being able to work on your own initiative.

Apprentice Office Assistants
We are looking to recruit Apprentices to take on the role of Apprentice Office Assistants at our very busy Walsall Office.
Completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration some of which in your own time, you will also work full time Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm completing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the Firm.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for completing tasks such as but not limited to, dealing with both incoming and outgoing post, copying, scanning, hospitality for client and staff meetings, escorting clients to external appointments, making hand deliveries around the town centre and accompanying our legal staff on client home visits. In addition you will also be assisting in the manning of both our Receptions during office hours, please be aware that our offices stay open until 6:00pm on a Tuesday and you will be expected to cover the reception on a rata basis.
The ideal candidate will have reasonable school grades with an excellent attendance record and no criminal convictions. Possession of a drivers licence and use of your own car day to day would be advantageous but not essential. Full training will be given to the successful candidates.
