Growth and expansion plans continued in 2018 with the Firm opening its first branch office in Sutton Coldfield enabling us to offer our services to clients outside of the Black Country area thereby increasing our client base and target areas.
Who you are?
You will become the face of the Firm possessing solid communication skills which will enable you to establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders. You will have a proven track record of being able to generate leads and assist in converting these into new work across multiple offerings in the Legal Services sector.
With your marketing experience you will be able to produce all required marketing materials including press releases, client materials and campaign documents as well as possessing the knowledge and experience of the use of social media in campaigns. You will understand the importance of branding and able to bring new and fresh ideas on how to ensure our brand is relevant and cohesive.
You will be highly proficient in IT including all Microsoft Office applications, video conferencing and previous experience in using WordPress would be advantageous.

Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive
We are looking to recruit a qualified Legal Executive with at least 2 years’ experience to join our very busy Residential Conveyancing Team at our Sutton branch office. You will be joining a well-established team who support each other to deliver the highest of client care standards.
As the sole Conveyancer within our Sutton office, you will need to be able to work independently without supervision albeit due to the technology we have in place you will have access to all of the support required from our head office in Walsall.
You will need to have a proven track record of being able to develop and grow your own case load and have a strong understanding of business development. You will be both comfortable with and proactive in, seeking out and developing relationships with suitable contacts in and around the surrounding area.

Residential Conveyancing Legal Support Assistant
As a Legal Support Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Fee Earners of the Conveyancing team in order to provide a high standard of client care to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience of providing support to fee earning staff within a conveyancing team including but not limited to the following duties –
- Onboarding of clients
- Maintenance of digital files within a case management system
- Assist with the preparation of auction packs.
- Obtain all relevant searches and deal with all post completion tasks.
- Assist fee earning staff in any tasks as directed
You will be joining a busy and established team providing support to fee earners based at both our Walsall and Sutton offices. You will primarily be based at our Walsall office although you may be asked to work from our Sutton branch as and when required, additionally you may also be required to attend marketing events and other events as required.
This is a full-time position with working hours being Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
