Wills, Tax & Probate Fee Earner – Cannock Office

Enoch Evans LLP are looking to recruit a Wills, Tax and Probate fee earner to join our existing and well-established team.

Joining the branch office in Cannock you will be joining the firm at a time of continual expansion and growth. Having acquired the branch office in September 2021 the Firm are looking to grow its number of fee earners in this team due to its continued ability to gain both repeat work and win new work.

The Wills, Tax and Probate team are spread across all three of our branch offices headed up by Richard Neea, with the immediate team in Cannock being made up of a well-regarded Partner, Solicitor and Paralegal. Administrative support is also available onsite at each of our branch offices.

The position would suit someone who is either, not qualified but has a good level of experience within a similar role or a Solicitor/Legal Executive with a good level of experience (5 years) of working within this area of law.

You will need to be able to work independently on completing Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estates with minimal supervision and have a strong passion for this area of law. We are looking for someone who is keen to develop their knowledge and in time be able to work on more complex matters such as taxable estates, trusts and asset protection.

You will need to be able to work on completing Wills, LPA’s and small to medium non-taxable estates either alone or with supervision. You will have a strong passion for this area of law and be looking to develop your knowledge.
