Top marks for Apprentice who secures permanent position
An apprentice from Law Firm Enoch Evans has achieved top marks for her apprenticeship. Lauren Beardsmore has successfully completed her Apprenticeship with three distinction marks.
She joined Enoch Evans Solicitors in November 2021 after previously being a student at Walsall College. During the apprenticeship, Lauren has been able to grow her confidence as well as gain industry knowledge, which she applied to her final coursework and exams. The support from the firm has been a key part of her progress she says:
“ I have received endless support and have gained so many skills that will help me progress in the future”.
The good news doesn’t stop there - after successfully passing with a triple distinction, her progress has gone one step further by securing a permanent role within the firm. Facilities manager Lauren Green from Enoch Evans commented:
“She has become an asset and an integral part of the Facilities Team, Cannock Office, and the Firm as a whole. Lauren’s hard work and determination have resulted in three distinction marks for her apprenticeship”
Smiles all round as the news of Apprentice Lauren Beardsmore being offered a permanent role with the firm is announced. Before Lauren other apprentices were offered permanent roles too.
