Anita studied Law at Staffordshire University and undertook her LPC at the College of Law, Chester.  Anita qualified in 2001.

Anita is able to advise on a wide variety of commercial property matters including:

• Landlord and Tenant - drafting and approving leases, lease renewals, preparing and serving notices, deeds of surrender, licences to assign and rent deposit deeds
• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
• Property Finance
• Corporate support - providing support in commercial acquisitions and disposals particularly in relation to pharmacy sales and purchases
