Hannah Smith is a Senior Associate Solicitor specialising in Court of Protection matters with particular expertise in Court of Protection matters, Administration of deputyship orders and Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate matters, . She provides clear, practical legal advice to individuals and families, supporting them through often sensitive and complex situations.

Hannah began her legal career as a Paralegal and Trainee Solicitor at FBC Manby Bowdler, where she developed a strong foundation in Private Client and Court of Protection work. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 and continued to build her expertise in this area before joining Irwin Mitchell in 2021, focusing exclusively on Court of Protection matters. In 2023, Hannah joined Enoch Evans Solicitors, where she continues to deliver high-quality legal services to her clients.
