Jessica Cooksey
Jessica has worked in the legal sector since leaving school at the age of 16 and has gained experience across the legal spectrum working in many different areas of Law before specialising in Residential Conveyancing, and subsequently joining Enoch Evans LLP in 2021.
With many years’ experience in Residential Property Law, Jessica deals confidently with all aspects of sales, purchases (including buy to let and right to buy properties), re-mortgage, transfer of equity, assents, purchase of freehold and lease extensions, but Jessica particularly enjoys dealing with Auction sales and purchases.
Having lived, and indeed worked in the local area all her life, Jessica has formed longstanding links with many other professionals and is well respected within the legal profession. She has a friendly and professional attitude and also continually strives to build and maintain good relationships with clients.

Jessica is primarily based within the Cannock office. Jessica began her legal studies with CILEX Law School in 2016, and is currently continuing her studies with CLC to ultimately achieve her end goal in obtaining her SQE qualification in the not too distant future.
