Laura undertook her Law Degree at Keele University followed by her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at BPP University in Birmingham.

Alongside her LPC, Laura worked in the Residential Conveyancing Department at a local high street firm where she was then offered her Training Contract to qualification.

Laura then has specialised in Residential Property joining the team at Enoch Evans in 2020.

Laura prides herself in offering a first-class service to her clients. Buying a home is one of the biggest financial commitments most of us will make during our lifetime so it is important the process is as smooth and efficient as possible.

Why you love what you do

Each property transaction is different, and we are able to deal with all types of properties in various locations. Purchasing a home can have such a positive impact on an individual’s life and Laura enjoys being a part of this experience and finds it very rewarding.

There are many aspects to Property Law, aside from transactional Conveyancing and some areas can be technical and challenging. Laura enjoys researching new areas of Property Law and is always keen for a challenge!

Personal interests

Spare time is enjoyed by eating out, long walks with the family dog and much needed relaxation.

During the recent pandemic which resulted in home working, and businesses to close or reduce capacity, I was still kept informed on progress in relation to a house sale that Enoch Evans were dealing with for me, this was despite greatly reduced staffing and a housing market that was at the time virtually at a standstill.
