Lisa Flavell Partner – Wills, Trusts, Probate

Lisa Flavell is a Partner in the Private Client team at Enoch Evans Solicitors, specialising in Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2012, Lisa has built a reputation for providing practical, compassionate legal advice, helping individuals and families plan for the future and navigate some of life's most sensitive and complex situations.

Lisa joined Enoch Evans Solicitors in 2013 and was promoted to Partner in 2021. She is recognised for building long-standing relationships with clients, many of whom return to her for advice across generations of their family. Her approachable manner, technical expertise and ability to explain complex legal issues in straightforward terms help clients make informed decisions with confidence.

Lisa works closely with clients across the West Midlands and beyond, providing tailored advice that protects wealth, preserves family assets and gives clients peace of mind for the future.

Recent Experience

Lisa has extensive experience advising on complex Private Client matters, including:

  • Preparing bespoke Wills designed to protect family wealth, preserve assets and minimise potential Inheritance Tax liabilities.
  • Advising individuals and families on asset protection strategies, lifetime gifting and Trust arrangements.
  • Creating and administering Trusts, including advising Trustees on the management, transfer and sale of Trust assets.
  • Providing Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax advice in relation to Trusts and estates.
  • Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney for both personal and business affairs.
  • Advising families on Court of Protection and Deputyship applications where loved ones have lost mental capacity.
  • Administering complex estates where assets and beneficiaries were initially unknown, including locating assets, obtaining Grants of Probate and distributing estates efficiently.
  • Advising Personal Representatives on post-death Deeds of Variation to achieve tax-efficient estate planning outcomes.

Lisa regularly delivers talks and educational presentations to charities, community groups and organisations, providing practical guidance on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Planning, Probate and other Private Client matters. She is passionate about helping people understand the importance of planning ahead and protecting their families, and finds it incredibly rewarding to support clients and their families during significant life events. Whether helping someone plan for the future, administer the estate of a loved one or protect vulnerable family members, she is committed to providing reassurance, expert guidance and practical solutions when they are needed most.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys keeping active through gym sessions and spinning classes, as well as taking long walks with her Doberman.
