Lucy is a Senior Solicitor specialising in Wills Tax & Probate law, with particular expertise in Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs). She advises individuals, couples, and high-net-worth clients on protecting assets and ensuring the smooth transfer of wealth across generations.
Lucy achieved a First-Class LLB degree from Birmingham City University, followed by a Master’s degree and LPC, which she completed part-time alongside her training contract with a local firm.
Qualifying as a Solicitor in April 2021 she joined Enoch Evans Solicitors in February 2022, where she continues to develop her career within a highly regarded private client team.
