Advanced Paralegal

Lydia is an Advanced Paralegal in the Wills, Tax & Probate department, she has extensive experience supporting clients in private client law, including Probate, Estate Administration, and Wills,  providing efficient and compassionate legal services.

Joining Enoch Evans Solicitors in 2007, Lydia brings a wealth of practical knowledge and a deep understanding of client needs.

Lydia began her career at the firm as an Office Assistant before progressing to a Legal Secretary role within the Wills Tax & Probate, Tax department in 2013. Over the years, she has developed significant technical expertise in this area, leading to her promotion to Advanced Paralegal in April 2026.

Qualifications

  • 10 GCSEs
  • Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business and Administration
  • AAT NVQ Level 3 in Accounting
  • Level 2 IAB Certificate in Bookkeeping
  • Level 2 Diploma for Legal Secretaries

Lydia is known for her friendly and approachable manner, combined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. She is committed to delivering a high level of client care, consistently going above and beyond to ensure clients receive the support they need during often sensitive and challenging times.

Lydia enjoys the variety her role offers and values being able to support clients and their families, particularly during difficult periods. She takes pride in providing reassurance and practical assistance throughout the legal process.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys reading, walking, and felting. She also values spending time with her family and her dog.
