Madhvi is a Senior Solicitor within our Dispute Resolution department specialising in Contentious Trusts & Probate and Inheritance Disputes.  With over 10 years’ experience, she advises individuals, families, and businesses on resolving complex,  high-value and multi-jurisdictional disputes.

Madhvi qualified as a Solicitor in March 2019 and joined Enoch Evans Solicitors in 2024. She has built extensive experience across national and high-street firms, developing a reputation for handling Contentious Trust and Estate Disputes, Co-ownership Disputes, and Commercial Litigation matters with a strategic and results-driven approach.
