Commercial Property Paralegal

Natalie is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team at Enoch Evans Solicitors. She supports solicitors and clients across a range of commercial property transactions and real estate matters, assisting with the smooth progression of matters from instruction through to completion.

Natalie holds an LLB (Hons) Law degree and has developed valuable experience across different areas of legal practice. She began her legal career at a firm specialising in motor insurance claims before moving into residential conveyancing, where she worked within a busy plots team. During this time, she was promoted to Conveyancing Executive, gaining hands-on experience in managing property transactions and supporting clients through the conveyancing process.

She joined Enoch Evans in July 2024 and is continuing to build her expertise within commercial property law, supporting clients, developers, and colleagues on a wide range of transactions.

Commercial Property Experience

Natalie provides support on a variety of commercial property and conveyancing matters, including:

  • Assisting with commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Supporting the preparation and review of legal documents and contracts
  • Assisting with property searches, title checks, and due diligence
  • Providing support on landlord and tenant matters, including leases and related documentation
  • Assisting with file management and transaction progression to ensure matters proceed efficiently
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals involved in property transactions

Her experience in both residential conveyancing and commercial property work provides a strong technical foundation, enabling her to support a wide range of property matters with accuracy and attention to detail.

Natalie is known for her friendly and approachable manner, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their legal matter. She is committed to delivering a high standard of client care and is always willing to go the extra mile to assist clients and colleagues.

She understands that property transactions can sometimes feel complex and time-sensitive, and she works proactively to help ensure matters progress as smoothly as possible.

Natalie enjoys working in a fast-paced legal environment where no two matters are the same. She values the variety that comes with handling different property transactions and finds it rewarding to support clients through each stage of the process.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys spending time outdoors walking her three dogs and can often be found exploring on long walks.
