Commercial Property Solicitor

Parminder is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team at Enoch Evans, advising businesses, property investors, landlords, and tenants on a wide range of commercial property transactions and real estate matters.

She provides clear, practical legal advice on the Acquisition, Disposal, Leasing, and Financing of Commercial Property. Parminder regularly supports clients through complex  transactions, negotiates Commercial Leases, and advises on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant Law.

Parminder studied Business and Law at the University of Wolverhampton. She joined Enoch Evans in 2017 and qualified as a Commercial Property Solicitor in 2019. Since qualifying, she has built strong experience across a broad spectrum of Commercial Real Estate and Property Law matters.

Known for her detailed and methodical approach, Parminder ensures that transactions progress efficiently while safeguarding her clients’ legal and commercial interests.

Commercial Property & Real Estate Expertise

Parminder advises on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, including offices, retail units, restaurants, and mixed-use developments
  • Commercial property transactions for investors and businesses
  • Preparation and review of auction packs
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including:
    • Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
    • Lease renewals
    • Deeds of surrender
    • Licences to assign and sublet
    • Deeds of variation
    • Rent deposit deeds
    • Advice on security of tenure under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
  • Option and pre-emption agreements (rights of first refusal)
  • Adverse possession applications and land ownership disputes
  • Commercial mortgages and re-mortgages
  • First registration of land at HM Land Registry
  • Healthcare property transactions, including the sale and purchase pharmacies

Qualifications

  • BA (Hons) – Business and Law
  • LLM - Graduate Diploma in Law
  • LPC - Legal Practice Course
