With the recent announcement of a further national lockdown the Government has confirmed that Courts in England will remain open. Commentary from the Law Society Gazette on the Courts' opening can be found here

Enoch Evans LLP were at the forefront of adopting technology to service clients during the Coronavirus pandemic. The Courts & Tribunals Service are also embracing the use of modern technology, with an increase in the use of remote video hearings and telephone hearings to ensure the continued administration of justice whilst protecting the safety of the public and other Court users. This means that, despite the lockdown, it is "business as usual" for both Enoch Evans LLP and the Courts. Those currently involved in or contemplating legal proceedings of any kind should be mindful of this, particularly where there are any issues of upcoming limitation or where there are Court directions that must continue to be adhered to.

Here at Enoch Evans LLP we continue to remain open and on-hand to provide support, assistance and advice with your legal matters. We understand that for many people, dealing with legal matters even at the best of times can sometimes be overwhelming, let alone amidst a pandemic. Our experienced and friendly lawyers remain available across a variety of platforms to help ease the burden.
