Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 6 years of experience to join our existing team in providing bespoke services to our clients such as Landlords, Property Developers, Business Owners, Property Investors and Land Owners.

With a proven track record of being able to build and drive a successful team you will have the ambition and skills to foster relations with key stakeholders both existing and new.

This position is a full time, permanent role with the ability to be based from any of our branch offices in Walsall, Cannock or Sutton Coldfield to suit you.

You will have experience of the following areas –

  • Buying and Selling commercial property
  • Commercial leases and licences
  • Property Finance
  • Options, pre-exemption agreements and overage agreements.
