The newly appointed partners, Andrew Martin, Hannah Smith and Laura Philips, have each demonstrated exceptional expertise and client care that defines Enoch Evans Solicitors.
Andrew Martin is technically accomplished in the Corporate & Commercial department, combining deep legal expertise with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach. Since beginning his legal career in 2015, he has built a strong reputation for delivering clear, strategic advice on complex corporate and commercial matters across both private practice and in-house environments.
Hannah Smith is a Partner specialising in Probate and Court of Protection matters with expertise in Administration of deputyship orders, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters including Estate Administration, Wills, Inheritance tax planning and Powers of Attorney. She provides clear, practical legal advice to individuals and families, supporting them through often sensitive and complex situations.
Laura Philips has been with the firm since 2020 in the Residential Conveyancing department. Her expertise covers a wide range of services, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, buy-to-let investments, and re-mortgages. Her career at the firm has been characterised by substantial personal and professional growth and client care skills. It has allowed her to expand her knowledge and tackle complex cases.
