Commercial Property Solicitor – Cannock Branch Office

Our Commercial Property team are a well established team who pride themselves on being approachable, accessible, accountable and able, delivering an exceptional high level of service to its clients. As a firm we are continuing to expand with three offices across, Walsall, Sutton Coldfield and Cannock.

We are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2-4 years post qualification experience to join our Cannock office where you will cover the following aspects of work –

• Buying and selling of commercial premises
• Commercial leases and licences
• Option agreements, overage agreements, and pre-emption agreements
• Planning applications
• Property finance

This is a role where you will need to be comfortable being independent as you will be the only member of the Commercial Property team based at the Cannock office. The rest of the team are based at our Walsall and Sutton offices, but with technology and regular team meets you will always have a wider team of people to access for assistance if you need to. This also means that you will directly assist any senior staff including a Partner in the team on more complex matters to further enhance your training and knowledge and well as running your own caseload.

Business development and the marketing of yourself, the team and the Firm is something we feel is vitally important in order to build and maintain client relationships, and develop you as an individual, you should therefore have a keen interest in undertaking this alongside the technical aspects of the role.
