Anita studied Law at Staffordshire University and undertook her LPC at the College of Law, Chester. Anita qualified in 2001.

- Landlord and Tenant - drafting and approving leases, lease renewals, preparing and serving notices, deeds of surrender, licences to assign and rent deposit deeds
- Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties

- Corporate support - providing support in commercial acquisitions and disposals particularly in relation to pharmacy sales and purchases
