David Evans

David has over 30 years of experience in dealing with and advising entrepreneurs and business owners/ managers both locally and nationally on all aspects of their business.

David joined Enoch Evans LLP in 1985, and became head of our commercial and corporate departments in 2000 before becoming Managing Partner in 2007.

He also chairs the firm’s Financial and Management Committee which is responsible for the management of the firm and for Enoch Evans LLP’s strategic growth and development. As part of his role as Managing Partner, David spends a lot of his time talking to the firm’s major clients as he is focused on making sure that the firm continues to provide the depth of services that clients require.

His broad range of experience includes advising Buyers and Sellers of companies and businesses on how to achieve the maximum benefit from transactions with the minimum of risk. He also has significant expertise in complex commercial contracts in various industrial sectors as well as shareholders agreements, corporate governance, restructuring, terms of business and partnership agreements. David also has extensive experience in dealing with commercial property matters for both owners and tenants.
