Penny Hickox

Commercial Property Solicitor

Penny is a Solicitor in the Commercial Property team at Enoch Evans Solicitors. She advises and supports clients on a range of Commercial Property transactions and real estate matters, working with businesses, landlords, property owners and tenants to ensure transactions progress efficiently and smoothly.

She joined the firm as a Trainee Solicitor in September 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025.

Her strong academic background underpins her technical understanding of commercial property law, which she applies with precision and attention to detail in her day-to-day work.

Commercial Property Expertise

Penny supports clients and colleagues on a variety of Commercial Property and real estate matters, including:

  • Assisting with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial property
  • Supporting the drafting and review of commercial leases and landlord and tenant documentation
  • Assisting with property due diligence, title investigation, and legal searches
  • Supporting transactions involving commercial property finance and secured lending
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently

Qualifications

  • LLB (Hons) – Bachelor of Laws – First Class
  • LLM – Master of Laws
  • LPC – Legal Practice Course -Distinction

Her expertise in Commercial Real Estate Law allows her to provide accurate and practical support across a broad range of property transactions.

She understands the importance of accuracy and efficiency in Commercial Property transactions, particularly where clients are making significant business or investment decisions.

She is committed to delivering a high standard of service, ensuring that matters are progressed in a timely and organised manner while keeping clients informed throughout.

Penny is also known for her warm and approachable manner. She takes care to explain legal processes clearly, helping clients feel confident and at ease, even when dealing with complex property matters.

Outside of work, Penny enjoys , travelling, pilates and spending time with her friends and family.
