Covid-19 – Contact

Following a recent announcement by Boris Johnson our family team have received several telephone calls and emails from parents about contact arrangements for their children. Parents are concerned about the potential consequences of breaching a Court order and balancing that with the latest Government instructions to us all.

However, the current Government guidance states that children under 18 whose parents are separated can still travel between both parents homes.

Cabinet Office minister Michael Gove was forced to apologise following a TV interview where he caused confusion.It highlights what a complex and difficult situation parents face.
